bhai upsee walo ka kuch samajh nahi aa raha.Kya withdraw karne par purana college chala jayega kya.Kya ab admission Lena compulsory hai.

yes we need to go to the clg whch is alltd in 4th round

But I want to go for fifth round so why it is compulsory to take colleges..
fee will be refunded or not???
