Can a candidate submit seat withdrawal request at josaa whether the candidate get seat or no seat to exit josaa counseling

Hi,
If the candidate has got his seat or not he/she should submit a seat withdrawal request to get the refund of the registration fees and the counseling fees if any was taken while the period. So Yes you can submit it if you want a refund. If you don't need a refund then you can leave it
