My seat withdrawl request for josaa is not getting processed at josaa site although I've already cancelled my seat at the reporting centre.

Once you have canceled your allotted seat at the reporting center then no need to cancel in the online. if you are not able to submit your withdrawal request then your allotted seat is already canceled by you or there is no seat is allotted for you in that particular round. hope it helps you.

Try doing that. And reach the the reporting centre and tell them about the problems you have been facing. Also, try contacting the authorities regarding the issue you are facing through emails and call. Report about the problem and try looking for solutions at the official portal.
