After i submit the seat withdrawl request from josaa website can i go for special round?

dear aspirant,
The important point is there is no connection between josaa and csab , csab is the special round u could grab it for entering into NIT , IITS ..
so, for csab you have to register separately and attend counselling and you can attend it if you are in josaa or not.
