Hi, thanks for showing interest in LPU. Of course, you can take admission in LPU on the basis of class 12 result. However, let me add that for certain programs LPUNEST is mandatory, so you will have to appear for that. But thats not only an admissin test, it is a scholarship test as well.
You can only get admissions into any course in Lovely Professional University (LPU) after qualifying the Entrance Test named LPUNEST. There's no other way to get into the College. Either you qualify LPUNEST and then, make it into the merit list based on your perfomance in LPUNEST and class 12th marks, or you clear Jee Mains. You also need to score minimum 60% marks in class 12th.

Hi Tarang, Yes, you can take admission on the basis of your percentage in your 12th class. You have not mentioned the program, so, i will consider it as you are seeking admission in Engineering.
There are two aspects:
1) If you have 90% or more in your 12th noard exam then you can get direct admission in LPU. Rather you will be liable to claim the maximum available scholarship of the current phase of the Admission which is going to last till 20th Sep 2020.
2) If you have minimum 60% aggregate marks in 12th then only you will be able to become eligible candidate to take Admission in B.tech at LPU but you have to qualify the LPUNEST. If you have percentage between 60% to 70% in 12th class you are not liable to claim any scholarship. However you can achieve the scholarship through LPUNEST.

Due to the current situation i.e. COVID-19, the admissions are being done online and the eligibility criteria is a bit relaxed. You can take direct admission if you satisfy the eligibility criteria in some courses. But in few courses test is mandatory. You can call the toll-free number or visit the website to find about the programme you are interested in.
I would suggest you to hurry up as the last date of admission to avail maximum scholarship is 31st May,2020.
