Can I appear in neet again if I want to pursue mbbs but I am currently in first year of BDS? Will I be allowed to quit BDS if I get selected

Yes, you can apply for NEET again if you want to pursue MBBS. And yes, you can quit BDS if you get selected for MBBS. It'd be a little difficult to manage both the things together though, you'll have to study for BDS and prepare for NEET simultaneously. But yes, you'll be allowed to quit once you get selected.
