Hello Aspirant!
You can apply with rest of your four subjects considering them your Best of Four for Delhi University's Undergraduate if the subject you scored compartment is not your major .
The subject you scored compartment in must not be English , as English is compulsory.
Lastly, make sure the 4 subjects you have chosen are List A subjects, meaning they have theory of at least 70 marks and Practical weighing upto at most 30 marks. If not, 2.5% would be deducted from your over all Best of Four percentage.
