Can I apply for a music course and a language course in DU at the same time?

Hi Nina,
If by language course you mean a certificate or diploma course in a specific language then yes you are allowed to do that with a regular bachelor's programme which includes the "music course" . If you need any more help then feel free to ask.

What should I do if i want to apply on merit basis but the course is not available in the list & university (advanced course is available not bachelors) although it is available in the university colleges?

According to UGC norms you can at a time pursue only one regular graduation course, but along with it any diploma or certificate course can be pursued too, be it from any University or College.
Neither music nor language course is available on the list
