Yes, of course you can complete both MBBS as well as Specialization in Ukraine, before appearing for the MCI/FMGE Screening Test in order to continue further studies or practice in India.
MBBS is just the basic criteria which you need to fulfill in order to appear for MCI Screening Test.
However, you should keep that in mind that this exam isn't an easy nut to crack.
Every year, almost about 20% of the Examinees are able to get through it. So, I guess you can very well understand the value.
