Statistics course is not provided by many colleges in Delhi University, and is only provided by a few constituent colleges like Hindu, Ramjas, Kirori Mal, Shaheed Rajguru College, Mata Sundri (women), and 2-3 more.
With your score, it's difficult if you belong to the General Category of reservation. However, if you belong to any other category, you have a good chance. If you are OBC, the North Campus colleges will be slightly out of reach.
So, yes, you might have a decent chance but according to last year's cutoff, it's a little difficult for General category, particularly because a few colleges only provide BSc Stats.
