She needs to be a graduate as this is the basic eligibility criteria for CAT, the entrance exam for IIMs. Hope this answers your question.

MBA is postgraduate course which requires candidate to be a graduate from valid university with minimum 50 %. Marks.
So, after 12th you need to complete your graduation and only post that you're eligible for MBA from any reputable university, be it IIM ahmedabad.
So you shoukd rite now focus well on scoring in graduation and clearing allyour fundamentals before going into Management.
