can I get any college just by getting passing marks like 140-150 in neet in india or abroad

It's not possible in abroad but in india you need to wait all the selection round and in last you will get some or the other college all over india .
You just need to wait for all the rounds . You will definitely get it but you have to pay high fee in private colleges. Because in government there is no possibilities of getting seat.

Hey dear, seeing last year's cutoff which went very high that even syudents getting 500 found it hard to get an mbbs seat. So, with this much score you won't get mbbs or any other course for sure.
