No,you have to appear for VITEEE,an entrance exam of VIT UNIVERSITY to get admission into undergraduate course.This exam consists of 125 questions (40 each in physics,chemistry and mathematics and 5 questions from english) to be solved in a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes.You can get CSE branch in VIT Vellore if you can get a rank under 6000 in VITEEE.

there is a different exam for entrance in vit ..,,VITEE..even if u score good in jee mains it wont matter
