Dual degree or Integrated dual degree(IDD) is a 5 year program which offers you the bachelors and masters degree at the same time. You can get a dual degree concentration but need to be absolutely sure in what you want your masters degree to be as various dual degree programs with B. Arch that are available as
B. Arch+M.Arch offered by-
You can also pursue MBA course after B. Arch which provides more scope then B. Arch+M.Arch.Various foreign universities also provide M. Tech in civil engineering after B. Arch. So from the start you need to be sure about doing masters in architecture if you want to pursue dual degree in it.

Usually dual degree program permits students to obtain an M.S in civil engineering in less time, sometimes may be one extra year. But it can be applicable to architecture even. So the answer is yes, you can get a double degree in B.Arch. Please kindly read the admissions policy carefully.

Dear aspirant, yes there are some of the institute's which offer you the opportunity of getting a dual degree in b.arch. course i.e.(b.arch+m.arch).
Some if them are listed below you can have a detailed analysis over them.
1.G.B.Pant Engineering college New Delhi
2.Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering
3.Ambhedkar Institute of Technology
4.Delhi Institute of Heritage Research & Management
5.Army Institute of Education and etc.
Other than this NITs and SPAs (SPA Bhopal ,NEW Delhi) also offer masters degree in architecture.
