IET lucknow is one of the best college in UPTU,  it's cutoff is usually high,  making it impossible for you to get a good branch.
As per the last year trends,  you may get the unpopular branches like Instrumentation engineering and civil engineering,  last year, the cutoff for both these courses was 2400, so you can get a seat in these courses in the last round.
