IGIMS Patna is quite a renowned college in the heart of the city, in order to ensure a seat in this premier institute, one is advised have the best possible rank.
If we go through the statistics, in 2017 the cutoff of the college stood at 555.
Again in 2017, the cutoff was raised owing to the rapid increase in examinees and it crossed 560+.
Hence in your case, it's a 50-50 situation, you do have a chance of making it through but again, the tables might just turn.
Since you are having Jharkhand Domicile, I would suggest you to aim for RIMS.
