can I get IIST after clearing jee mains and advanced in 2023 in my second attempt if I am going to complete my 12th in 2022?

If you can clear your JEE Mains and JEE advanced with good score in 2033 then you can get seat in IIST. But make sure that your score fall within the cut-offs of previous year's JEE exam. But Cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors.
