Can I get into IIITS with my rank and my rank is 5896 in SC category. Which branch I will get either CSE or IT and which colleges with list pls ??

As per your question, firstly congratulations to you God getting decent rank in jee as hard work pays.As per your chances you can get CSE or IT in the medium level IITs rather than top IITs like IIT madras or IIT bombay.As per your rank you can get Iits and IIITs like
1) IIT patna with NIRF rank of 26
2) IIT mandi NIRF rank of 31
3) IIT jodhpur NIRF rank of 53
4) IIIT allahabad
5) IIIT gwalior
6) IIIT kota
These are some of the IITs and IIITs which you can get at this rank as per last year cutoffs trends. This may change as per year depends on level of difficulty of the paper and all etc.
