With 125 marks, your All India Rank will be around 8 to 9 lakhs approximately. Since you are from the OBC category, your category rank will be around 7 lakhs approximately. With this rank, to be honest, you have no chances of getting a seat in any medical college for MBBS and BDS. You may try for some other branches like BAMS, BHMS or BNYS. You may get a few private colleges. You should apply for some state counseling. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
