R V college of engineering takes admission in three ways- 45% seats are filled through KCET, 25% through management quota and 30% through COMEDK.
so you can not apply through JEE main.
You can apply through COMEDK or by Management quota.

See the RV college come under the entrance exam COMEDK and one of the best college located in karnataKa.
Getting seat in RV might not be possible through JEE MAINS as it has it's separate entrance exam.
