Hello aspirant
No you can't do post gradation mbbs after completing bachelor of dental surgery Course. After bds you will be eligible for mds that is master of dental surgery.
If you wish to pursue mbbs and post graduation after mbbs , yoh will have to qualify neet again with a valid score for getting mbbs seat .
After getting mbbs degree you will have to appear for Neet pg and qualify it .
Eligibility for neet is to have passed class xii with minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology.
