Firstly, no College can guarnatee you 100% placement. Some college do show 100% but not every one gets placement. Its totally depends on your skills & your qualification. Every college will provide you the needed chances for sitting in placement but if you are incapable for that then no college can provide you placement.

So, Its totally depend on you. If you have the skills that can help a company to grow then they will hire you otherwise even if you study in India's top college yet you don't have skills, you will never get the placement.
