It is not clear whether you are asking for LPU or IPU. So I'm providing you the information of both the universities.

To get admission in top colleges of IPU for CSE you have to score more than 480 marks and have to secure a rank within 500. Scoring below this will also help you to get the college which is not on the top position. Admission in IPU depends upon the cut off, rank secured and availability of seats.

To get admission in LPU, you have to Secure 120 marks out of 360 which is equivalent around 30 - 40 percent. There are 90 questions and there's is no negative marking so you are free to attempt all the questions.
