can we enter round 2 counselling in all India and state simultaneously? #neetpg

As Neet pg  is the exam for medical courses and cutoff marks will be based on category if Gen 50 percentile of marks, PWD 45 percentile of marks, SC/ST/OBC/PWD 4percentile of marks and cutoff marks will be based on some rules they are no.od candidates appeared in the exam ,diffulty level of the question paper ,seats available and previous year based cutoff marks and u may have less chances to do councelling for all india and state level simultaneously can do but in less cases it is possible study well to get good marks in the future examinations All the best hope my suggestions and knowledge would be useful to u.
