Can we fill NEET form choosing 85% Karnataka MBBS State Quota with Adhar card details from MUMBAI

Hello Arya,
As per the Eligibility criteria of NEET UG , candidate who has passed the qualifying examination from an institute located outside Karnataka can be eligible for Karnataka MBBS admission if either of his/her parent’s is a domicile of Karnataka state.
In this case, the mother tongue of the candidate or either of the parent’s mother tongue should be Kannada, Tulu or Kodava and the candidate has to give a Kannada language test.
