There are many government colleges in india which have collaborated with foreign universities. They are:
1. SRM Institute in collaboration with SHIZUOKA UNIVERSITY, JAPAN( department of physics and nanotechnology ), NATIONAL CHIAO TUNG UNIVERSITY(for research and proper lab facilities)
2. GANDHINAGAR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY affiliated with DE MONTFORT UNIVERSITY (for mechanical, electronics and communication engineering)
3. SR INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY affiliated with UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS (for electronics and communication engineering)
