Well, yes a candidate already enrolled and got a seat in any BDS/MBBS courses may apply for the NEET, whenever he/she want but under the age limit prescribed.
If next year, you qualified the NEET with good marks, then you may get another better college or may upgrade from BDS to MBBS. But yeah, yoh will get admitted in the first year only.
