For MHCET- if you have the domicile of Maharashtra from any district of it than you will be eligible for MHCET counselling and seats.
In jee mains- since you did class 12 from any of school of any board it doesn't matter than you state code of eligibility that is home state is Maharashtra. It does not depend upon you domicile but on from where you did class 12.
