Hello Dear Student,

Usually CET authorities ask you to upload/send your 12th marksheet online through the official portal. Process generally hota hai:

CET website par login karo
“Documents Upload” ya “Academic Details” section open karo
marksheet ko clear PDF/JPEG format me scan karo
upload karke submit/save kar do.

Some exams like KCET may fetch marks through DigiLocker, while others like MHT CET/COMEDK require manual upload.
