If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in  maulana azad medical college in delhi through state quota .Previous year the minimum marks required for a general candidate was 603 and the corresponding rank was 1266.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

As far as the data of 2018 is concerned, the closing rank of MAMC through AIQ was about 62 and that's quite predictable being the top most elite college.
And as far closing rank under DU Quota is concerned, the rank stood at 1266.
So, if you do have the DU quota, chances of your admission are a bit high following the trend.
