KEA sets the eligibility criteria for KCET to seek admission to various participating institutes in Karnataka. Only citizens of India are eligible to apply for KCET 2019. Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply. Domicile criteria are also applicable for the exam which has been defined under separate clauses.

But you won't be able to get state quota which 85%, youcan apply through all india quota which 15%.
