Hello there!
No you don't need to fill any other application form as BIT Mesra provides admission in btech Based on AIR in JEE-Main through CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board) / JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority). So , you need to fill jee mains application form only and no other application form is required for admission in Bit mesra.
For detailed information go through its official website :- https://www.bitmesra.ac.in/Show_Admission_Page?cid=1&deptid=11&pid=20
Thankyou
