BIT meshra takes admission on based of jee mains. After getting very good marks you need to sit for counselling. The counselling for IITs, NITs, IIIT,s, GFTIs is conducted by JOSAA.
And BIT meshra comes under JOSAA. So you need to fill you choices under josaa counselling. Which will start in first week of june.
