No it's not , but its better if u pay the clg joining fee to confirm its admission. U can still attend the 2 nd counselling even after joining the clg. U would be refunded if else u don't want to join the clg after 2 nd counselling that is,if u get a better one in the 2nd .

If else u don't a gud clg in the 2 nd counselling u can prefer the 1 st one so it's better to go with it.

Ya we paid clg fees and we got admission no. And all but confused to go to clg or not??
