Delhi University doesn't offer integrated BEd such as BA-BEd or BSc-BEd, it offers four year program of Bachelor in Elementary Education. Delhi University conducts its entrance exam for admission of BEd into four colleges.
If you want to pursue integrated BEd, Regional Institute of Education with its five campus offer this course, NCERT conducts CEE for this, there are also private University like LPU, Sharda University which offers this course which you may try.
