It is around 2.27 Lakh.first year fees is aprox 80 thousand and second,third and fourth year fees is approx 58 thousand.

See, it completely depends on which type of college you are talking about i.e. Government College, Government Aided College, UNAIDED College and also it depends on your category whether it is GENERAL, OBC, SC, ST or any other.
