LPU offers Diploma/Degree courses at various levels like after 10th, after 12th, after Graduation, after Post graduation where LPUNEST may be mandatory or be optional. LPUNEST is Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test which serves two purposes i.e. eligibility and scholarship.

a.For the courses which are floated after 10th LPUNEST is not mandatory, it is only written for scholarship

b.There are some courses after 12th ,after graduation and after post graduation where you have to appear in LPUNEST for eligibility and scholarship and few where you can drop the LPUNEST.

LPUNEST is an online exam (Fully MCQs) which is held once a year to admit candidates for the various programmes available in the university.

LPUNEST  is remotely online proctored test which will be conducted from home due to COVID-19.

1.On the basis of marks in previous class
2.LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test (LPUNEST) on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship

4.Performance on the basis of sports, cultural or co-curricular activities.

7.Defence personnels and central armed police forces(CAPF) dependents
This year I came to know that due to Pandemic, LPU has also floated COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship for the survivors of COVID and for their dependents as well.
# From the above mentioned scholarships, candidate will get one that too which will be maximum one.

So, you need to check the eligibility of a particular programme and then plan the admission accordingly.
