Let me first clear, that LPU has only one campus i.e. in Phagwara, Punjab.
Since the rest of question is not clear, it wont be right to comment.
But at present the fee for any program depends upon the scholarship you are able to secure. These scholarships are on offer til August 31st 2020. And on following criterion:
Scholarship on the basis of Percentage in qualifying exam/ Qualification previous to Eligibility Qualification
COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship for the Frontline Workforce
Scholarship on the basis of LPUNEST
Scholarship on the basis of National level entrance exams like JEE MAins / CAT etc relevant to the program.
Scholarship on the basis of Performance in Sports, Cultural, R&D, Co-curricular and Social Service Bravery Awards.
