    Actually both. You need to make a study plan and accordingly follow it.
    But what you need to do is be sincere you your daily plan.
    Bsc has to be your priority and if you don't score well then you will end up with having limited further options.

    There is minimum criteria to apply for CGL exam and based on positions the eligibility differs. Some where it asks for 50% and other its 60% to be eligible for SSC.

    Further after the entrance marks are not considered.
