Has neet counselling 2019 first phase of registeration in which we get registeration code has its durantion finished?

No, the first phase of counseling hasn't been started yet. MCC has released the dates yesterday and has confirmed that round 1 will start on 19th June and will get over on 25th June. For first counseling, students have to lock their seats on 25th June, failing which seats will be passed on. Clearance of first round of seats will start on 26th June and candidates have to appear to the centre from 28th June to 3rd July.

After this if seats are still end up vacant then second round of counseling will be announced. I hope this helps you, good luck!
