You need to constantly email them or call them on the helpline.  Yes, this definitely will harm your future. In case you didn't get them, than you may write a letter in lieu of marksheet and get sign of higher authority of your board.

Get a bonafied signed by them in case if there is a delay. During verification you although you need to bring all such documents which are actually very necessary so get a bonafied signed as an alternative to show up in case its not with you till date. Go ahead do not lament instead charge and take some initiative.
