HELLO !!! 1)what score should I do in AP EAMCET inorder to get rank under 3k.(it is well known to many of us that rank depends on number of students attending exam ;but based on previous analysis I just wanted to know? 2) what score and rank should I get on average to enter into Andhra university

Your eamcet rank is calculated based on your IPE marks (group subject marks and practical marks) and eamcet exam marks. 75% weightage is given to eamcet exam marks and the remaining 25% weightage marks are given to IPE marks.
So, inorder to get a rank below 3000 you should score around 100 and you will definitely get a rank below 3000 even if your IPE marks are less.
And to get a seat in Andhra university in the core branches your rank should be around 2500.

1. As you already know all the factors based on which the cutoff is decided, here is assumption for cutoff 2020 in AP EAMCET. By going through previous year data and after analysis, To get rank below 3000 I suggest you to target on scoring above 130 to be on a safer side. Scoring above 130 may provide you many options to choose college and also you can get admission into any branch of your interest based on your category. And also remember that your board exam marks are also considered in counseling.
2. To get admission into Andhra university, if the candidate is from local then your rank should be below 2000, if your rank is below 1000 then it's good for you, You'll have the chance to choose your branch.
All this information is provided based on previous years data. And I suggest you to prepare well and also wait for the cutoff 2020.

I scored 400 marks in 11th (a score which is a bit bad😢 ) . I am confident in getting 130+ plus marks in EAMCET, do I have any chances of getting into andra university? if yes what score should I do in 12th standard?

As the improvement exams have been cancelled there is no chance to improve your class 11 marks, to be on safer side I would suggest you to score above 500 in class 12.
