Hello, How it is possible to get admission in dental course(UP) with getting 96 marks in NEET exam while NEET cutoff was 119 for UR Category

Hi,
In order to get admission in government or private medical college ,you need to qualify NEET exam. If you score less than qualifying score you cannot take admission in any medical college even by management quota. So if the qualifying score of UR is 119 , a person with 96 score cannot get admission. If a person belong for some other category ,has some other kind of reservation the cutoff might be low that's why he got admission in dental college.
