    Since you have scored 77.5847024 percentile in JEE mains, and you belong to OBC category.
    The cutoff of JEE mains 2019 for OBC category is 74.3166557 , and since you have crossed the cutoff of JEE mains for OBC category, you are eligible for JEE advanced.
