No you cannot change the application details at the time of counselling. AP Eamcet already alloted few dates to change the application details if there are any mistakes. Even the details that can’t be changes can be changed by sending email to authorities at the given time of contact after filling the form. As the entire details of your application is printed the same of Hall ticket and Rank card. So, Now you cannot the details on the application form.
