Hello, my mat September 2019 score- composite score 646.50 and percentile below 83.52. Is it a good score and which colleges can I apply with the above score? Can i try for IPE?

It is a decent score but you have near by score in MAT to get into IPE Hyderabad. The other colleges you can have the chance to get-
