Hope you are doing well. Yes you can get Electronics and Communication branch with this rank, perhaps in good colleges but not in top colleges. As cutoff rank for ST category will be high in every colleges you can surely get in Malnad college of engineering Hassan, KLS Gogte Institute Of Technology and so on. Just visit the KEA website and download the previous year cutoff ranks PDF by clicking on the direct link below.
