hello sir I got 9k rank in ts eamcet with sc catagory can i get cse in JNTUH?. If not say the best college.

According to previous year cutoffs you can not get CSE in JNTUH or OU. Last rank in CSE of JNTH is 7057 and OU is 8127. So, mostly if the cutoffs remain same then you can't get into it.
But you can get into CSE in private colleges like
- CHAITANYA BHARATHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
- V N R VIGNANA JYOTHI INSTITUTE OF ENGG AND TECH
- VASAVI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
Getting into CBIT is best option for you according to me.
