Sorry to say but it seems you are falling behind a bit in the contest to grab a seat in. Govt. Medical College in Uttarakhand under the 85% State Quota for the UR Category students.
In the year 2018, the last General category student to bag an MBBS seat had a rank of 27,684 which corresponded to a score of 485 in Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Science & Research, Srinagar, Garhwal.
As per this data, your chance of making into the college doesn't seem quite probable.
