Hello sir my son scored 91.87 percentile jee main 2019 .He is from Odisha,Can he get a seat in NIT,Rourkela (mechanical/) as per home quota?

According to last year's cutoff ,the cutoff for Nit rourkela-mechanical (homestate) is around 16k. still you have a second chance,as there is less time you should work smart. Prepare a schedule as per the known weightages and work evenly for the 3 subjects. Prepare short notes for chemistry from ncert. Also prepare a formulas list for maths and physics. Time management is also an important thing,so work on the practice papers within the given time. Maintain a error notes where you should note all your errors so that it will be useful for revision
